Pejman Yedidsion, Esq. holds his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, California. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Yedidsion holds a Bachelors of Science degree in computer science from the UCLA School of Engineering and Applied Science.

 

Mr. Yedidsion has extensive experience as a software engineer in telecommunication technologies, and particularly in the design and development of multi-platform automation systems that provide scripting capabilities. Mr. Yedidsion served as the lead engineer in developing a new user interface in Fibre Channel technology for one of the global leaders in network testing and measurement.

While working as an engineer, Mr. Yedidsion visited leading companies in innovation within development labs, communication networks, and IT organizations in order to understand and adhere to their needs relating to test and service management solutions.

Prior to joining the Firm in the year 2010, Mr. Yedidsion was working with the Intellectual Property Counsel for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office which was one of the first municipal Intellectual Property practices in North America, specialized in Intellectual Property and Antitrust laws, including Patent, Copyright, Trademark and Entertainment laws. While with the City Attorney's Office, he was involved with reviewing, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other transactional documents concerning the city's Intellectual Property assets.

Mr. Yedidsion supports our clients in various technologies, some of which include electrical, electronic, and/or computing systems and processes and actively participates in furthering his expertise in Intellectual Property practice as a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the California State Bar Intellectual Property Law Section.
