Since 2002 Marilyn Popovic has been with the firm as a patent paralegal. Ms. Popovic received her B.S. degree in Management, December 2011, from the Management Department of the College of Business and Economics, California State University Northridge. She also holds two Associate of Arts degrees from Moorpark College (Ventura County); one specializing in Business Management. Marilyn is a Certified US patent paralegal for Michael Blaine Brooks, P.C. She has extensive experience in international patent practice and procedure. Marilyn is well known for her competence in US and foreign patent practice with a high level of concentration in Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) practice.

Under the direction of our attorneys, Ms. Popovic is responsible for US and foreign document preparation and patent application case filings, docketing, and serves as a contact liaison for our various foreign agents - generally providing paralegal support with regard to US and foreign prosecution matters.
